At Halo, your health and satisfaction matter to us. Because we specialize in health and wellness products, we have specific return guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.
30-Day Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, partially used, or have broken safety seals. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: opened or used supplements, vitamins, or ingestible products; products with broken or tampered safety seals; personal care items that have been opened (such as skincare, topical creams, or hygiene products); items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase; and gift cards.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@try-halohealth.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please ship the item back within 14 days of receiving return approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Products If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
