Thank you for shopping with Halo! Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times Standard shipping within the United States takes 5 to 10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — check our website for current offers.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipping date, please contact us at support@try-halohealth.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If it is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Halo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
